I just discovered these coconut cookies at Trader Joe.
I am not exaggerating when I say they may be the best store bought cookies I ever tasted! They are crispy and buttery and have a very serious coconut flavor. AND 8 cookies = 130 calories!
They are excellent used as a sandwich cookie with Nutella or jam or frosting.
Pick up a box and experience the love.
